Only products that are in the original unopened, factory-sealed packages can be returned. Any opened or used products will not be accepted for refund.
Any items returned without all the original components, such as manuals or accessories, will not be refunded.
Special orders are not returnable.
Prior to shipping any goods back to us, you must contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA). You must specify the reason you are returning. Any goods shipped back to us without a return authorization cannot be refunded.
Returns will only be authorized if requested within 14 days of date of purchase.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Shipping charges back to Pro Floor Supply are the responsibility of the Customer.
All returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee or $10.00 minimum which will automatically be deducted from your refund. If the original order qualified for free shipping, the value of the outbound shipping will also be deducted from the refund amount.
Return shipping address will be provided when RA is issued.
RA numbers must appear on the shipping label. Packages arriving without the RA number on the label will be refused & no refund processed.
Products must be received by Pro Floor Supply within 10 days of the date the Return Authorization is issued.
